As a Junior Formulator, you will plan, organize, and execute experimental work, analyze results, and draw clear, data-driven conclusions. You will actively contribute to the development, optimization, and adaptation of new and existing products. Under the guidance of your supervisor, you will also provide technical support throughout product lifecycle activities, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. To succeed in this role, you will apply fundamental scientific and engineering principles to solve problems effectively, identify root causes using BPI tools, and support corrective and preventive action, and demonstrate effective communication and listening skills.
