In this role, you will play a critical part in managing operating expenses and enhancing financial performance for Element's US and Canada operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Cost & Productivity, you will collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and decision-making capabilities. You'll also lead month-end close processes and mentor team members to foster financial competence and accountability.
