We are seeking an FP&A & Marketing Finance Analyst to act as a critical bridge between financial data integrity and marketing strategy at Bacardi.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering: Act as the financial point of contact for Marketing and Commercial teams to support brand investments, projects, and market opportunities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis of financial data and prepare monthly performance reports focused on KPIs.
• Budget Control & Forecasting: Support the monthly forecast process and the annual planning cycle.
• Financial Integrity & Reconciliation: Execute precise financial reconciliations and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Month‑End Support: Participate in the monthly closing process and record marketing and structure investment expenses.
