Role Description
Become a key player at Framestore as a Systems Support Administrator. Engage with our technology infrastructure and support filmmaking processes through innovative systems support and troubleshooting.
In this collaborative role, you will be part of the Systems Support team, serving as an escalation point for IT Support across North America. Your responsibilities include managing storage requests, monitoring system health, and maintaining OS images and application packages. We foster a work environment that promotes training and development while contributing to visual effects in cinema.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide escalation support via JIRA service desk
• Monitor and maintain physical and logical systems
• Administer OS images and application packages
• Support render farm software and enterprise storage
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance workflows
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a level 1 IT role
