Front Desk Receptionist – Active Physio Works Sturgeon
Location: Sturgeon Medical Centre, 625 St. Albert Trail, St. Albert, AB
Status: Permanent Full Time
Expected shifts: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. & 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional front‑desk experience by managing calls, greeting patients, and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate accurate patient intake and maintain up‑to‑date records throughout treatment.
- Assist patients with completing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
