Front Store Supervisor

Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, and keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with store policies and operating procedures.
• Train cashiers and merchandisers in job functions, providing ongoing guidance and instruction.
• Implement loss prevention standards, manage daily cash office inventory, cashier tracking sheets, and PC Optimum procedures.
• Ensure store employees present proper image in accordance with Uniform Policy.
• Answer inquiries regarding product location, rainchecks, etc., and resolve customer issues according to guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.).
• Promote the CSI Survey.
• Maintain shelves with clean and organized displays, proper rotation, and ensure product displays are set up and taken down per AFSM/FSM instructions.
