Role Description
Position Summary
Silver Valley Farms Ltd. is a fast paced, high-volume farm and fruit packing facility in Maple Ridge. We are currently seeking for a full time Frozen Production Lead. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling and management of production tasks.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards.
- Ensure production resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
- Oversee training of new production workers and their task assignments.
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner, POC for production staff.
- Acting machine operator backup
- Reporting abnormalities observed in production areas or equipment.
