Join the Cappola FSQA team as a FSQA Technician, focusing on Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and Environmental monitoring. Analyze data and ensure high-quality standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
In this morning shift role, the FSQA Technician will oversee key safety programs, including pre-operational inspections and environmental monitoring. You will review proposed corrective actions and provide guidance based on data analysis. This position necessitates strong analytical skills to recommend improvements to FSQA leadership based on findings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the pre-operational inspection program at Cartwright
• Conduct environmental monitoring and sampling as needed
• Recommend corrective actions for HACCP deviations
• Maintain FSQA documents in SharePoint and SAP
