Responsibilities
Provide customer service to customers, by assisting customers, and providing information and product knowledge, which is maintained through being dependable for all shifts, and handling of customer complaints and provide warranty service in a professional manner, as per Southland Co-op policies and procedures.To be responsible for the delivery of products in a professional and efficient manner. To assist in maintaining a customer contact program, with the direction of the Petroleum Division Manager.To maintain and clean delivery units, trailers & equipment, and ensuring service records are updated.
