FULBRIGHT PERU EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Fulbright Commission in Peru invites U.S. andPeruviancitizens to apply for the position of Executive Director. Founded in 1956, the Fulbright Commission is a non-profit, binational organization which promotes mutual understanding between both nations through academic and cultural exchange programs. Its headquarters are in Lima and funding is provided by the United States government and private institutions. The application deadline is June 1, 2026.
The Executive Director currently oversees an annual budget from the U.S. Department of State of nearly $1million and reports to a binational board of directors which includes representatives from the U.S. Embassy, the private sector, and academia. The Executive Director also reports to the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
