Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Full-Time Bilingual Removal Defense Paralegal for our 100% remote team.
This role focuses strictly on Immigration Court (EOIR) proceedings.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of intensive experience managing court deadlines and filings.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities
- EOIR Filings: Prepare, format, and file complex motions (e.g., Change of Venue, Continuance, Reopen), pleadings, and pre-hearing briefs with the Immigration Court.
- Evidence Evidentiary Packages: Index, organize, and paginate supporting documents, country condition reports, and declarations for individual hearings.
