POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Manager, Adult Clinical Services – RBA will, under the direction of the Director, Adult Clinical Services, have overall responsibility for intake, discharge, transition, treatment plan development, implementation, and overall program management.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Clinical Supervision to the Adult Clinical staff who provide behavioural services, including assessment, curriculum and program development, report writing and the delivery of group and individual services and support.
