Role Description
Enhance student learning as an English Language Paraprofessional at Sagebrush Elementary with SCSD2. This role works 7.5 hours daily, providing essential support to students and teachers.
SCSD2 seeks an English Language Paraprofessional who is dedicated and possesses a good command of English to assist in an engaging educational setting. The role demands creativity in supporting individualized student needs, with key responsibilities in small group instruction and overall academic support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate learning reinforcement through hands-on support
• Assist in tailored teaching strategies with guidance
• Help students navigate instructional materials effectively
• Supervise students during school events and routines
• Update classroom displays and assist in literacy activities
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Proficient in English communication
• Strong interpersonal skills with students and staff
