Role Description
CapWest is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and reliability of our rental equipment fleet. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
In this key position at CapWest, you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment such as scissor and boom lifts. You'll be involved in diagnosing issues, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and assisting customers with their equipment needs, requiring at least three years of industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on rental equipment
• Help create and track inspection checklists
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Maintain organization of tools and workspace
• Respond to urgent repair requests as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma; technical certification a plus
• 3 years of equipment technician experience
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills
