Role Description
Join the House of Commons as a full-time Project Manager, pivotal for managing construction projects within the Parliamentary Precinct. This role requires bilingual proficiency and on-site engagement five days a week.
As part of the Digital Services and Real Property team, you will coordinate various construction and renovation projects, ensuring they align with governance frameworks and are delivered on schedule. With a focus on stakeholder management and reporting, this position provides a chance to contribute directly to the preservation of Canada’s historic parliamentary areas through collaboration with skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide multiple internal initiatives and construction projects
• Develop project documentation and manage risks proactively
• Serve as the main liaison for internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee contractor performance and project timelines
• Ensure compliance with budget and quality standards
