Overview
The Fundraising Campaign Organizer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, marketing, and stewardship activities in regards to the North Bay and Area Community Foundation's 12th Annual Dinner & Live Auction. The Fundraising Campaign Organizer will report to the Executive Director daily for task receival and job‑specific training.
Duties
- Intaking new donors and customers for the gala into CRM software and internal spreadsheets
- Client support and outreach for new potential attendees
- Meeting with donors and clients in-person to facilitate donations
- Attending regular Corporation meetings, relevant webinars, and in-person local events
- Sponsorship outreach and stewardship
- Tax receipting for processed donations
