Fundraising Campaign Organizer (North Bay)

Overview

The Fundraising Campaign Organizer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, marketing, and stewardship activities in regards to the North Bay and Area Community Foundation's 12th Annual Dinner & Live Auction. The Fundraising Campaign Organizer will report to the Executive Director daily for task receival and job‑specific training.

Duties

• Intaking new donors and customers for the gala into CRM software and internal spreadsheets
• Client support and outreach for new potential attendees
• Meeting with donors and clients in-person to facilitate donations
• Attending regular Corporation meetings, relevant webinars, and in-person local events
• Sponsorship outreach and stewardship
• Tax receipting for processed donations
