Role Description
Join Heart & Stroke as a Fundraising Operations Specialist on a hybrid basis. Drive impactful fundraising operations and enhance donor experiences through effective process improvements and operational support.
This 12-month contract role reports to the Senior Manager of Constituent Operations and focuses on developing robust fundraising and lottery operations. You'll provide essential support to field teams, coordinate workflows, and optimize systems to improve donor engagement and revenue generation. Candidates should be capable of working in a fluid environment while maintaining operational excellence and delivering high-quality service.
