Guardia de Seguridad – General RequirementsLocation: Guadalajara (Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco) – on the road or in industrial areas.Work Hours: Full‐time; shifts up to 12 x 24 hours or fixed 8‐hour shifts; some positions include night duty 10:00 pm – 6:00 am.ResponsibilitiesControl and register entry‐exit of vehicles and pedestrians at guard stations.Verify that premises are orderly and report irregularities or suspicious events.Maintain and monitor CCTV and other security systems; generate incident reports.Conduct walk‐throughs and routine patrols, fill out logbooks, and record visitor and vendor activity.Respond to emergencies, coordinate evacuations, and provide first‐aid assistance when needed.Prepare daily operational reports and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams.QualificationsHigh‐school diploma (Preparatoria) or equivalent; secondary education preferred.Minimum 6 months of experience in a security guard role; 1–2 years of similar experience considered desira...
