Role Description
Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
- Oversee the execution of garden projects for various clients and sites through to final handover
- Study client requirements and translate them into a clear action plan suited to each site
- Select the most appropriate plants, trees, and flowers for each site based on client preferences
- Supervise the installation of irrigation systems and ensure their efficiency
- Participate in reviewing proposed designs and providing practical field-based input when needed
Ongoing Maintenance:
- Develop periodic maintenance plans for each site and ensure they are carried out on schedule
- Supervise pruning, fertilization, pest control, and plant replacement as needed
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems regularly to ensure proper operation
- Track plant health and intervene promptly when issues arise
