GBS HSE Student Intern

About the Role

The GBS HSE Intern is responsible for supporting the HSE‑FM team in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.

• Good Microsoft Excel skills; assist and support in HSE Metrics Reports and Analysis (Summary Reports).
• Follow up on results KPOs of the entire HUBs population through Power Automate.
• Design graphic pieces and HSE campaigns.
• Track expired certifications and register courses according to the instructions of the HSE Leader.
• Review reports with no residual risk and initiate action plans via email to employees.
• Map new hires in the system.
• Process letters of coverage with the Occupational Risk Insurance Company for personnel working abroad.
• Maintain and update the Ergonomics inspection file for compliance.
• Follow up on the Viva Engage Communications schedule.
