Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of Scotiabank’s General Procurement Services organization, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Provides front-line support to internal users who require process help with our Procurement Technology / Contracts platform, including guidance on usage and handling specific situations.
• Interacts with users around the world in English and Spanish, verbally or in writing, to obtain clarifications and respond to their questions.
• Operates the Bank’s ticket management system to review, respond to, and close complex Level1 and Level2 support issues related to Procurement Technology.
