General Labourer (Waste Collection)

Job Title: General Labour (Waste Collection)

Location: Kingston, Ontario

Shift: Short-term assignment, Monday-Friday - early morning starts, 6-12 hours

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

This role will support a waste collection facility by helping local drivers collect residential waste and ensure excellent customer service is provided throughout every day. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and consistently lifts up to 50lbs throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside a D driver, operating a Rear Loader Truck
• Assisting with collecting residential garbage in and around the Kingston area
• Must be physically fit, and ok with consistently lifting throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with driver
• Provide excellent customer service
• Pay attention to detail and your surrounding areas
