Required Skills and Experience

• Proven work history and experience: 1+ years of previous machine operating experience (loading/unloading machines, pressing button to cycle machine). An asset not a requirement.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Use of manual hand, cordless and pneumatic power tools; drills, rivet guns, caulking guns, grinders, utility knives and sanders, etc.
• Able to correctly use and read a tape measure in imperial and/or metric.
• Use of lifting devices (overhead crane) or by hand to transfer materials.
• Follow procedures such as product inspection/verification, loading and unloading, health & safety.
• Willing to learn, proactive.
• Punctual, responsible, dependable, no absenteeism.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds, overhead reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling.
