Role Description
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the environmental services organization, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operational delivery.
- Oversee marine and terrestrial environmental monitoring programs including marine mammal observation, water quality monitoring, soil sampling, and acoustic monitoring initiatives.
- Manage environmental consulting and monitoring projects supporting major energy, port, infrastructure, and industrial developments throughout Northwest British Columbia.
- Lead project planning and contract execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans, identify growth opportunities, and prepare proposals for new projects and partnerships.
