General Manager - For Major Food and Beverage/Entertainment operation in Toronto
We are conducting a search on behalf of a leading international hospitality group for an exceptional General Manager to lead all food and beverage operations at one of Toronto’s most iconic and high‑profile hospitality events with $50M+ revenues.
Key Management Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the venue’s food and beverage operations, including full‑service restaurants, luxury guest suites, concessions, and upcoming restaurant initiatives.
- Direct a large team of front and back‑of‑house managers and staff, fostering a high‑performance, service‑driven culture.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of premium guest experiences across all service levels—from high‑end cuisine to classic QS favorites.
