Role Description
Job Purpose
The HR Generalist - Mexico will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll preparation, compliance with labor laws, and audits in Mexico. This is an onsite role based in the Guadalajara office, requiring strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Prepare and process monthly and special payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Mexican labor laws.
- Oversee IMSS affiliation processes, including registrations, cancellations, and modifications.
