Eaton's IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Generalista Sr Recursos Humanos.
**What you'll do**:
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Sr HR Generalist is responsible for directly assists HR Manager in developing, implementing and administering HR policies, programs and initiatives to support plant's business objectives.
Incumbent supports management and employees in areas of recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee's services, compensation surveys, data and metrics reporting, and employee relations for continuous improvement performance behaving according to Eaton's Ethics and Values, company's policies and Mexican labor laws and regulations.
ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS:
