Position: Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering
Location: Longueuil, QC, Canada (On-site, Monday-Friday, flexible hours)

Responsibilities

• Lead teams across engine centers to provide technical support for all Canadian centers.
• Oversee process planning (methods) integrating design changes and deploying technology projects (test automation, torque measuring system, induction, moving line).
• Manage Assembly & Test Technical Support (ATTS) teams covering all shifts.
• Coordinate with offshore partner supporting large process planning initiatives.
• Project manage organization‑wide products and communicate with internal customers.
• Define vision and drive continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
• Maintain governance for standardization, alignment, and readiness of new engine centerlines.
• Support new product introduction and digital transformation of planning and manufacturing activities.
