Gl Analyst (Polanco)

Lead the Record-to-Report North America into excellence.

• Manage the operations and activities of the GL Accounting Team on a day-to-day basis.
• Supervise employees, monitor activities, and satisfy internal reporting requirements.
• Perform GL account reconciliations, review and analyze the General Ledger/trial balance, and work with local Finance teams to identify adjustments.
• Manage overall team performance by driving an engaged and proactive mindset.
• Ensure team utilization, holiday balance, and mandatory trainings are on track with the set guidelines.
• Set and execute mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor accounting activities globally, drive change and integration.
• Drive process improvements and new transitions within the Team.
• Other duties as ordered by the direct manager.
