The Compliance Manager role is pivotal in overseeing the Cross-Border Compliance program. You will be accountable for critical workstreams such as Banking Relationships, Policy Management, and Audit Management. This position focuses on effective implementation and enhancement of global compliance frameworks while collaborating with various stakeholders including senior leadership and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance workstreams, ensuring effective execution
• Create operational objectives and performance metrics for policies
• Maintain and oversee the Central Compliance Document Library
• Support due diligence for onboarding banking partners
• Provide cross-regional compliance advisory support
