Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Quality Management System (QMS) to lead and oversee Lumentum global QMS initiatives. This role ensures a consistent, effective, and compliant quality system strategy across all company locations worldwide. As head of QMS, this role will drive compliance with international standards, foster continuous improvement, and promote a culture of quality excellence. Leading a team of QMS Engineers, this role collaborates cross-functionally to align quality practices with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain a global QMS framework aligned with company strategy, business objectives and compliant with ISO 9001 and TL 9000 and applicable regulatory standards. Establish and maintain standardized processes, procedures, and documentation across all sites. Own and manage the Global Change Control team, including governance of Engineering Change Orders (ECO), workflows, and lifecycle processes....
