GLOBAL QUALITY DIRECTOR

The Global Quality Director is a senior corporate leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and embedding a unified global quality framework “One Quality Standard” across all operational sites of the organization.

This role exists to protect patient safety, regulatory compliance, and corporate reputation, while enabling business continuity, sustainable growth, and international expansion in highly regulated environments, including pharmaceuticals and regulated consumer products.

Acting as a trusted C-Level partner, the Global Quality Director provides strategic direction, technical authority, and regulatory foresight, ensuring the organization remains inspection-ready, resilient to regulatory changes, and aligned with global best practices and international compliance standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• More than 9 years of experience in Corporate, Global, and/or Regional Quality Leadership roles within multinational organizations.
