Global Senior Talent and Career Manager

Simon-Kucher is looking for an experienced (Sr.) Manager to help grow our Global Talent and Career Management (TCM) team. Together with the Global Director Talent & Career Management, the role incumbent will help successfully implement the talent management strategy in support of our fast-paced strategic growth plan. At Simon-Kucher, Talent Management covers the cyclical Performance Review Process, as well as the overall development and career planning. We interface primarily with the HR Policies, Rewards & Benefits and Learning and Skills Development departments.
