Global Talent Acquisition Partner

**Key Responsibilities**- Conduct full cycle recruiting for technical and HR/workforce roles, including job specs, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding handovers.
- Draft scorecards, interview plans, and standardize hiring processes for hiring managers.
- Produce weekly hiring reports, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, offers extended/accepted, and source effectiveness.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
- Occasionally support payroll/contract hires and manage vendor relationships for local hires.Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)- 3+ years full cycle recruiting experience, including technical and professional roles.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and willing to wear multiple hats.
