Become a Rapid Mobile Case Manager at Good Shepherd, focusing on providing essential support to families during 10-hour shifts from Wednesday to Saturday. Your role will be pivotal in guiding families from hotel shelters to permanent housing.
As a member of the Good Shepherd Family Centre, you'll engage directly with families staying in overflow hotel locations. The position requires strong relationship-building with landlords, assistance with rental applications, and the crafting of individualized housing plans.
