Graduate Intern (District Development) – 12 months contract period

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

You will be responsible for:

• supporting in sponsorship proposals write-up;
• supporting the prospect vetting process and preparing donor profiles on individuals, corporations and foundations for the district;
• coordinating correspondences for donors and sponsors including acknowledgement letters, tax receipts, etc.;
• ensuring data of prospects, sponsorship, membership and donation are appropriately captured in the CRM system;
• assisting in the preparation for all events for sponsors, donors and members;
