The Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program in Alberta is tailored for recent nursing graduates. You will begin with an Enhanced Orientation phase and work with a Clinical Guide to create a personalized learning plan. After this, you will transition into independent practice, receiving support and mentorship throughout the program's 12-month duration.
