Responsibilities
- Provide instructional leadership to promote high quality teaching and learning.
- Implement the Teacher Growth, Supervision and Evaluation Policy.
- Provide each student with the opportunity to fulfill their potential and pursue their dreams.
- Facilitate inclusive educational practices to maximize educational opportunities for all students.
- Adhere to provincial legislation, board policy and division administrative procedures.
- Manage school operations and finances.
- Develop a shared responsibility between students, parents, schools and communities.
- Model commitment to professional development.
