Role Description
Join Whitewater Mountain Resort as a Grooming Supervisor and lead snowcat operations for peak skiing conditions. This seasonal full-time role focuses on equipment management and operational excellence.
As the Grooming Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the Grooming Department, including snow removal, staff management, and safety compliance. Collaborating closely with the Outdoor Operations Manager, you will ensure high-quality skiing and safe resort access throughout the season. This position requires strong leadership skills and heavy equipment experience, particularly with snowcats and loaders.
