You as a Groundskeeper (Contract) will:
Perform day‑to‑day exterior grounds care to ensure all properties are safe, clean, and well‑maintainedSupport seasonal landscaping tasks including lawn care, horticulture, litter control, and minor exterior repairsPerform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and aerating.Maintain garden beds: planting, weeding, cultivation, mulching, and pruning.Assist with seasonal flower installations and ongoing horticultural upkeep.Remove debris, leaves, branches, and litter from all exterior grounds.Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards, cleanliness issues, or landscape deficiencies.Maintain walkways, courtyards, parking areas, and exterior common spaces.Ensure safe operation of grounds equipment and adherence to safety protocols.Operate grounds equipmen...
