Group financial accounting manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager for a manufactuting company, ensuring accurate financial operations, strong governance, and process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop Accounting teams (incl. Intercompany & R2 R Supervisors)Oversee Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Month-End Close & ReportingEnsure timely and accurate financial transactionsMonitor KPIs & SLAsDrive automation, standardization, and continuous improvementSupport audits and compliance Profile~ Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting~8+ years experience (3+ leading teams)~ Strong knowledge of Accounting process~ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)~ Fluent English
