Role Description
Job Summary
The Procurement team is seeking a Category Manager to drive productivity, performance, and profitability by aligning people, processes, and systems with organizational goals. In this role, you will play a key part in our transformation from a traditional retailer to an omni-channel, tech-first fashion leader. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Procurement.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead renewal and acquisition processes across multiple categories, focusing on Marketing (agencies, influencers, PR), Finance, Procurement.
- Negotiation and Legal: Lead organization-wide contract negotiations in close partnership with the Legal Department.
- Financial Oversight: Provide direct and indirect budget oversight while ensuring strict organizational adherence to financial targets.
