Job Overview
As a Growth Marketing Manager‑Affiliates and Referrals, you will lead the strategy and performance of one of Lightspeed’s most important marketing channels by driving lead generation through affiliate marketing and referral partnerships. In this role you will source and develop new partners, strengthen existing relationships, and optimize commission structures to maximize growth and performance.
Please note that this is a 13‑month fixed‑term contract position starting in August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate & referral marketing plans to drive user growth at scale.
- Identify new partners, negotiate agreements, and strengthen existing partnerships.
