Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead with solid expertise in PolicyCenter, Rating, Standards-Based Templates (SBT), and Commercial Lines Insurance. The candidate will lead technical design, development, implementation, and support of Guidewire solutions.

Job Duties

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
• Configure Product Model, PCF, Gosu, Rules, and Integrations
• Design and implement rating solutions including rate tables, rate routines, and worksheets
• Work on SBT and bureau-based product implementations/customizations
• Support Commercial Lines product configuration and enhancements
• Conduct code reviews, effort estimations, and mentor development teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and support release activities
