Role Description
Lead financial operations as a hands-on Accounting Manager for a growing organization. Oversee the month-end close, guide a team, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
The ideal candidate will report to finance leadership while managing day-to-day accounting operations and driving the monthly close cycle. You will supervise a small accounting team, maintain detailed financial records, and ensure efficient accounting processes. Your leadership will help maintain integrity in financial reporting and support process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the monthly book close process for accuracy
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
• File indirect tax returns including HST filings
• Assist with ongoing financial reporting and process improvements
