Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Hardscape Sales Representative that will cover the Durham and East York region.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers by assessing their needs, providing technical assistance, following up on projects, providing after sales service and negotiating agreements.
• Update the company’s CRM and develop network.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, dealer and showroom events.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, and landscape designers.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored technical assistance.
• Educate customers on proper installation of products.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales service and manage customer claims.
• Manage and grow sales through strategic account planning and process.
