Role Description
Engage in hands-on agricultural work as a Harvesting Laborer at a crop farm. This role involves hand-harvesting crops, loading and unloading supplies, and maintaining fields for optimal yield.
As a Harvesting Laborer, you will undertake various responsibilities in fruit and vegetable farming. Tasks include hoeing, cleaning crops, grading produce, and clearing fields of debris. No prior experience is needed as on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to handle the demands of the work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply hoeing techniques between crop rows
• Clean crops and maintain organized work areas
• Clear fields of stones and wood debris
• Grade fruits and vegetables for market standards
• Hand-harvest various crop types during peak seasons
