Role Description
Manual labor is performed. Farm maintenance is being carried out. Working with large machines.
Repairing broken down vehicles and machines. Farming operations must be managed. Supervising farmworkers.
Creating harvesting or breeding strategies. Liaising with clients. Requirements Previous experience in the farming industry.
Understanding of optimum farming practices. Capable of working extended hours on-site. Excellent communication abilities.
Physical fitness is required. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Demonstrate high visual acuity, including the ability to spot weeds, pests, and harvestable crops.
Long periods of standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, stretching, and squatting are required to sustain robust long-term personal health. Benefits Terms of Employment: Full time Permanent 40 hours per week Day, Day, Shift, Overtime, Morning Required Years of Experience:1-2 Years Salary: $15.50-$22.
