Youll take ownership of the CRM lifecycle, guiding the team through requirements gathering and translating complex needs into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance Dynamics 365 environment daily
Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions
Shape and deliver the D365 roadmap effectively
Ensure data structures are reliable and meaningful
Line manage and coach team members for growth
Requirements:
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
