Role Description
Position Summary
Supervisor Front‑Line Teams – responsible for supervising front‑end staff, ensuring service standards, managing register coverage, providing customer service, and training associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front‑end staff to ensure service standards are met.
- Oversee register coverage and store supply usage.
- Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers and resolve issues, delivering excellent service.
- Understand, train, and promote company programs (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising).
- Train and mentor new associates.
- Other tasks to ensure smooth store operation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Minimum 1 year of team supervision experience.
